Lumora is one of Canada’s dental clinics that partners with government programs to ensure everyone has access to dental care. We accept both the CDCP and IFHP and will guide you through the process so those eligible can use all their benefits.
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal program designed to make dental care more accessible for those without dental insurance. The plan is open to Canadian citizens whose total household income is less than $90,000, who have no access to dental coverage through an employer, and who have filed their taxes.
The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) addresses the dental needs of refugees. It offers temporary dental health procedures that include preventive services and urgent services. All with refugee status are eligible including children and adults.
Lumora offers a full range of emergency services for when the unexpected happens. That includes a severe dental mouth injury or an infection that is causing swelling and pain. We can treat your pain and help you decide on the next steps.
